Studio terms

These terms apply to every class, course and workshop at Wonder Tinker. They're short and plain on purpose. Questions: hello@wondertinker.com.

Booking and payment

New students complete our enrolment form once. It reserves a place, and it's where you tell us about allergies, medical conditions and photo permission. Returning families don't need to fill it in again.
We email an invoice within 1 business day of your booking.
Please pay the invoice by bank transfer within 7 days. Your child's place is confirmed once payment arrives. If it hasn't arrived after 7 days, we may offer the place to the next family.
Places are limited. When a class or course is full, we'll add your family to the waitlist and let you know when a place opens.

We don't offer refunds or credits if your plans change after booking.
We don't offer make-up classes. If your child misses a class, we'll help them catch up at the next one.
If we have to cancel a class or a course, including if too few children book, we'll offer a replacement date or a refund for the classes that didn't run. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please drop off and collect your child at the studio at the start and end time of the class. Unless we've confirmed otherwise in writing, we don't offer school pickup.
We only release children to the people named on the enrolment form. Please tell us in advance if someone else is collecting.

Ha Le and Vivi teach every class together. Both hold Working With Children Checks and current first aid certificates.
Please tell us about allergies, medical conditions or anything that helps your child on the enrolment form, and update us if anything changes.
The studio is nut-free. Please don't bring any nut products, including in snacks.
Please keep your child home if they're unwell.
3D printers and hot tools are used by adults only.

You choose your photo permission on the enrolment form. We share hands and projects, never full faces or names without your consent.
We keep your details only to run the course and contact you about Wonder Tinker classes, and we never sell or share them.
Allergy and medical details are seen only by Ha Le and Vivi, stored in our private Google account, and deleted within 3 months after your child's last class with us unless you ask us to keep them for a future class.

Each 3D print is ready to collect a week after we print it. Prints are a simplified version of your child's model and may differ slightly from the screen.
Children take their projects home at the end of the class or course.
